This is a highly visible impact role for a technically exceptional SoC product solutions architect. Requires expertise across digital systems, industrial motion control, ethernet protocols, vision processing and analog mixed-signal integration. Cross-functional collaboration to define differentiated SoC architectures that power intelligent edge devices in factory automation, robotics, and precision control systems.

Title: Lead Engineer - Principal Architect
Location: Boston, MASS, USA. Hybrid on-site 3 days weekly. Citizens of the EU are welcome to apply for similar roles in the Ireland or Italy. Comprehensive relocation package available.
Compensation: Base salary ~$250,000+ DOE with significant upside that includes bonus and RSUs.
Skills and experience that will get our attention:

PhD/MS highly skilled in digital IC design and SoC architecture

Proven track record in commercializing complex SoCs.

EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP, PROFINET and TSN field protocols.

Secure boot, trusted execution, and cryptographic accelerators.

Modeling (MATLAB, SystemC), and simulation.

RTL design (Verilog/SystemVerilog)

Embedded security and secure firmware.

Analog-digital partitioning.Highly desirable:
